“Chance is a male, 4-year old, Cairn Terrier who developed sever contact dermatitis in August of 2023. Overnight, he chewed the hair off all four paws while attending a dog show. Nugget is a rescue horse from Kentucky that just turned 5 living in North Carolina. In November of 2022, she severely injured her hoof. According to the veterinarian, if the crack had gone another ¼ inch, the owners would have to put Nugget down.

Recovery time was estimated at 8 months to 1 year. It is now mid-March 2023, and the owner has been riding Nugget on a barrel pattern for a month.
