Outlaw Nutrition offers dehydrated and sun-cured pellets. Dehydrated alfalfa is produced from standing alfalfa, which is mowed and chopped in the field, delivered to the dehydrating plant, artificially dried using a renewable energy source, ground, and pelleted. Sun-cured alfalfa is composed of bales of alfalfa hay that have been ground and artificially dried using a renewable energy source before being pelleted.

Alfalfa pellets can also be used as a natural fertilizer for flowers, plants, and gardens.
