Outlaw Feed 50lb bag of naturally stabilized Cold Milled Flax. Flax is an all-natural plant source of protein, fiber, and fat. This highly digestible product is a powerhouse of Omega-3 fat, mimicking fresh pasture grass. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid (EFA), which animals are unable to produce on their own, making our Cold Milled Flax the perfect addition to maintain healthy Omega-3 levels for all animals. This product is safe to feed to equines and livestock.

Each 50lb bag contains a 1/2 cup (2oz net weight) scoop to make measuring easy and will last one (1) 1000lb animal approximately 90-100 days.

Feeding Instructions:

Gradually introduce flax into animal diet working up to 8-12oz by volume (4-6oz net weight) per 1000 lbs of animal per day. Adjust serving size proportionately, according to animal weight, for smaller or younger animals. Always consult with your nutritionist for best feeding practices.

    My horses are doing so well on this flax. I think it is especially important for my horses who must be on a dry lot to keep their weight reasonable to get this. I do wish shipping was cheaper or that a feed store within 30 miles of me (Huntsville, Texas) would carry it.
